Deliveries are handled by DPD, according to the delivery method chosen by the customer when placing the order.<\/p>\n\n\n

    HOME DELIVERY \u2013 DPD PREDICT<\/h3>\n

    Home delivery is provided via the DPD Predict service.<\/p>\n

    This service allows the customer to benefit from:<\/p>\n\n

    • of a follow-up SMS and\/or email; ;<\/li>\n \t
    • an estimated delivery time slot; ;<\/li>\n \t
    • the possibility of rescheduling the delivery; ;<\/li>\n \t
    • the possibility of having the parcel delivered to a collection point in case of absence; ;<\/li>\n \t
    • real-time tracking of the package delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      HOME DELIVERY RATES<\/h4>\n

        Home delivery is not free, regardless of the order amount.<\/p>\n\n\n

        PREPARATION AND SHIPPING TIMES<\/h2>\n

        Mas du Roseau is committed to preparing orders within an estimated timeframe between one (1) and two (2) working days<\/strong>, excluding weekends and public holidays, unless otherwise stated on the website.<\/p>\n

        Once the package is handed over to the carrier, delivery times depend on the shipping method selected, generally from two (2) to four (4) working days<\/strong> via the carrier DPD.<\/p>\n

        During periods of high activity (Christmas, promotions, special operations, etc.), delivery times may be exceptionally longer.<\/p>\n

        The customer receives a shipping confirmation email along with a tracking number.<\/p>\n\n\n

        \n\n

        ABSENCE AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY<\/h2>\n

        If the customer is absent during a home delivery via DPD Predict, the carrier may offer several solutions:<\/p>\n\n

          \n \t
        • rescheduling of delivery; ;<\/li>\n \t
        • delivery to a partner collection point; ;<\/li>\n \t
        • New delivery attempt subject to the carrier's conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          If the package is returned to Mas du Roseau due to prolonged absence, an incorrect address or a package not collected within the allotted time, the reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.<\/p>\n

          The return shipping costs charged by the carrier may also be deducted from any potential refund of the order.<\/p>\n
