However, as some products are handcrafted, slight differences in color, texture, weight, or appearance may exist without constituting a defect.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The photographs, illustrations and visuals on the site are presented for illustrative purposes only and have no contractual value.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">In the event of unavailability after order confirmation, the Customer will be informed as soon as possible. You can find details of the rates and delivery conditions on our page. <a href=\"https:\/\/masduroseau.com\/en\/remboursements_retours\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Delivery conditions<\/a>.<\/p><p data-start=\"422\" data-end=\"584\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">For any destination not listed, our team remains at your disposal to study your request and offer you a suitable delivery solution.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Contact :<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><a href=\"mailto:eshop@masduroseau.com\">eshop@masduroseau.com<\/a><\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">04 90 50 40 92<\/p><div contenteditable=\"false\"><hr \/><\/div><h2>7.3 Delivery methods<\/h2><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The Customer can choose from:<\/p><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li>delivery to a collection point; ;<\/li><li>home delivery; ;<\/li><li>in store pickup:<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Mas du Roseau \u2013 Paris Boutique\u00a0<br \/>Mas du Roseau \u2013 Saint-Chamas Shop<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">17 rue des Rosiers<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">75004 Paris<\/p><div contenteditable=\"false\"><hr \/><\/div><h2>7.4 Home delivery requiring an appointment (Predict or equivalent service)<\/h2><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">When the chosen delivery method requires scheduling an appointment with the carrier (particularly via the Predict service or any equivalent service), the Customer agrees to take the necessary steps to enable delivery.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">In the event of failure to make an appointment, failure to keep an appointment or any other situation resulting in a penalty charged to Mas du Roseau by the carrier, Mas du Roseau reserves the right to pass this penalty on to the Client.<\/p><div contenteditable=\"false\"><hr \/><\/div><h2>7.5 Uncollected or returned package<\/h2><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">When the package is returned to Mas du Roseau due to:<\/p><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li>of exceeding the collection deadline at the relay point; ;<\/li><li>from an incorrect address provided by the Client; ;<\/li><li>of repeated absence during delivery; ;<\/li><li>or any other cause attributable to the Client,<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Mas du Roseau will process the refund for returned products after they have been received.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The initial shipping costs will not be refunded.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">If the Customer wishes to have their order reshipped, the costs of this reshipment will be entirely at their expense.<\/p><div contenteditable=\"false\"><hr \/><\/div><h1>8. ORDER RECEIPT<\/h1><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The Customer is required to check the apparent condition of the package and products upon receipt.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Any anomaly (damaged package, missing product, breakage, etc.) must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.<\/p><div contenteditable=\"false\"><hr \/><\/div><h1>9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL<\/h1><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">In accordance with the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from the receipt of his order to exercise his right of withdrawal.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">To be eligible for a refund, the products must be returned:<\/p><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li>in their original state; ;<\/li><li>not opened; ;<\/li><li>not used; ;<\/li><li>undamaged; ;<\/li><li>accompanied by their original packaging.<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The return shipping costs remain entirely the responsibility of the Customer.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The refund will be issued within a maximum of fourteen (14) days after receipt and inspection of the returned products.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products unsealed after delivery when they cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection. Therefore, soaps, cosmetics, and personal care products whose packaging has been opened or unsealed are neither returnable nor refundable.<\/p><div contenteditable=\"false\"><hr \/><\/div><h1>10. It is the Customer&#039;s responsibility to check for any applicable restrictions in their country of delivery.<\/p><div contenteditable=\"false\"><hr \/><\/div><h1>12.
