Mas du Roseau is an artisanal soap factory founded in 1983 in Saint-Chamas, Provence (Bouches-du-Rhône). It designs and manufactures soaps, body care products and household products using mostly natural ingredients.
All products are manufactured in our workshop located in Saint-Chamas (13), in Provence. This is our sole production site, which has been active for over 40 years.
Mas du Roseau uses hot process saponification, a traditional method inspired by the making of Marseille soap. Vegetable oils are worked in a cauldron to obtain solid soaps.
The range includes soap bars, liquid soaps, solid soaps, bath salts, body care products, household cleaning products, and gift sets. The fragrances are developed in Grasse.
Approximately 80% of the raw materials and packaging are of French origin. Some ingredients come from partner producers, particularly for the milk (goat and sheep).
The formulas contain up to 99% naturally derived ingredients. They are made with vegetable oils and ingredients selected for use in cosmetic and household products.
Yes. Le Mas du Roseau offers a range of household cleaning products, formulated with ingredients such as black soap, bicarbonate, vinegar or essential oils.
Yes. The fragrance compositions used in our products are developed in Grasse, in the Alpes-Maritimes region, and in the Marseille area.
The packaging is designed with recyclable materials and without over-packaging, in a logic of reduction to the bare minimum.
The products are available on the online store, in the factory outlet in Saint-Chamas, and in a store in Paris (4th arrondissement). They are also distributed through partner retailers.
Yes. Delivery to a DPD pickup point is free for orders over €49 in mainland France (excluding Corsica). We also offer home delivery in France, as well as delivery to pickup points in several European countries via the DPD network. These delivery options are available with shipping costs calculated according to the destination.
The formulas do not contain substances classified as CMR (carcinogenic, mutagenic or toxic to reproduction), in accordance with current regulations.
