FAST & CAREFUL DELIVERY

Mas du Roseau pays particular attention to the preparation and shipment of each order to ensure fast and careful delivery.

Deliveries are handled by DPD, according to the delivery method chosen by the customer when placing the order.

DELIVERY METHODS & RATES

DELIVERY TO A PICKUP POINT – DPD RELAY

Delivery to a DPD partner collection point.

• For any order of €49 or more (including VAT) (excluding shipping costs):
  free delivery
• For all orders under €49 including VAT :
  €6.90 (VAT included) delivery charges.

HOME DELIVERY – DPD PREDICT

Home delivery is provided via the DPD Predict service.

This service allows the customer to benefit from:

• of a follow-up SMS and/or email; ;
• an estimated delivery time slot; ;
• the possibility of rescheduling the delivery; ;
• the possibility of having the parcel delivered to a collection point in case of absence; ;
• real-time tracking of the package delivery.

HOME DELIVERY RATES

• For all orders :
  €9.90 (VAT included)

Home delivery is not free, regardless of the order amount.

PREPARATION AND SHIPPING TIMES

Mas du Roseau is committed to preparing orders within an estimated timeframe between one (1) and two (2) working days, excluding weekends and public holidays, unless otherwise stated on the website.

Once the package is handed over to the carrier, delivery times depend on the shipping method selected, generally from two (2) to four (4) working days via the carrier DPD.

During periods of high activity (Christmas, promotions, special operations, etc.), delivery times may be exceptionally longer.

The customer receives a shipping confirmation email along with a tracking number.

ABSENCE AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY

If the customer is absent during a home delivery via DPD Predict, the carrier may offer several solutions:

• rescheduling of delivery; ;
• delivery to a partner collection point; ;
• New delivery attempt subject to the carrier's conditions.

If the package is returned to Mas du Roseau due to prolonged absence, an incorrect address or a package not collected within the allotted time, the reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.

The return shipping costs charged by the carrier may also be deducted from any potential refund of the order.

Delivery restrictions

• Deliveries to the United Kingdom and certain European islands (including the Balearic Islands, Sardinia and Sicily) are not offered.
• Deliveries to French overseas territories are made only upon request and quote. Please contact us before placing any order.
